Yes. The setup fee covers system installation, custom configuration, content training, and initial deployment. There is no recurring setup charge. After setup, only the monthly subscription applies.
We notify you at 80% usage. You can either upgrade to the next tier or buy a top-up pack of additional interactions. Your system never stops responding mid-month — we never cut off live customer conversations.
Yes. Upgrades are instant with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep everything you already paid for.
