Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AIChatBot ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Pillai InfoTech LLP.

2. What we provide

AIChatBot provides a SaaS AI chatbot platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your legitimate business purposes during the subscription period.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content uploaded to the Platform and all activity on your account
  • You must not use the Platform for illegal activity, spamming, harassment, or distributing malware
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including Indian IT Act and data protection laws
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Platform's APIs

4. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. AI-generated content

The Platform uses AI models to generate responses. You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI responses and for the accuracy of content published via your widgets. We are not liable for any harm resulting from AI responses.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service. The Platform software, design, and branding are owned by Pillai InfoTech LLP.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
