AIChatBot is a product of Pillai InfoTech LLP, a company registered in India. Our registered address is Mumbai, Maharashtra. We operate the AI chatbot platform at aichatbot.com.in and all sub-domains ("the Platform").

2. What data we collect

Account data: Name, email address, phone number, business name collected when you register.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time on platform, browser and device information — collected for analytics and product improvement.

Chat data: Messages sent by your website visitors through your widget. This data is yours — we process it only to deliver the service.

Payment data: Billing details collected and processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Platform
• To send transactional emails (invoices, alerts)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. AI model providers, payment processors).

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and analytics cookies (privacy-preserving, no third-party trackers). You can disable cookies in your browser but some features may not work correctly.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Chat data is retained for 90 days on Basic, 1 year on Standard and Professional, and custom periods on Enterprise. You may request deletion at any time.
